Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee

The once-off setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commences within 48 hours of payment. If you cancel before work begins, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

2. Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice after the minimum 3-month term.

3. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions on all website deliverables at no extra cost. If you are not satisfied after revisions, contact us and we will assess your situation fairly. Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Technical Failures

In the rare event of a total technical failure on our part (e.g., website downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure), we will provide a pro-rata credit on your next monthly invoice.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to billing@growth-agency.co.za with your invoice number, name, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Developer Placement Services

Developer placement fees are non-refundable once the developer has started. If a placed developer does not meet agreed standards within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement developer at no additional cost.
